PCT National Phase Entry

Turkey is among the countries included in the PCT agreement. PCT applicants can expand their applications by entering the national phase in Turkey.

The deadline for PCT national phase application is 30 months from the priority date.

A simply signed power of attorney is sufficient

 

Annual Fees

If the patent to be entered in Turkey has an annual fee accrued in Turkey, it must be paid with the application. If this is not done on the day of the transaction, it can be paid with a penalty until the end of the grace period.
