How this estimate works. Official fees are the 2026 TÜRKPATENT tariff (Tebliğ BİK/TÜRKPATENT 2026/1), including VAT and stamp duty, converted at the exchange rate below. Annual fees are placed in the year they fall due counted from the filing date; for a PCT entry, earlier annual fees are paid at entry. Our fees follow the Optimum Patent 2026 fee schedule. VAT at 20% applies to our professional fees where the service takes effect in Türkiye; tick the VAT box to include it. Bank transfer charges are added to the invoice total and are not included here. Late-payment surcharges, extensions, office action responses and oppositions are not included.
